Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By logging into and using the IRS Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this tool. Access is strictly limited to authorised employees and contractors of TrickleUp.

2. Authorised Use Only

The IRS Portal is an internal business tool. You may only use it for legitimate work-related purposes within your role at TrickleUp. Authorised uses include:

• Viewing and monitoring client campaign performance data
• Generating and downloading internal performance reports
• Connecting approved platform accounts (Google Ads, social media) for data syncing
• Managing project configurations within your assigned role permissions

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Share your login credentials with any other person
• Attempt to access data or features beyond your assigned role permissions
• Export or share client data outside of authorised reporting workflows
• Use the tool to access any Google Ads account that TrickleUp does not have permission to manage
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or compromise the platform
• Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Google Ads API Usage

The IRS Portal integrates with the Google Ads API to retrieve read-only performance data. By connecting your Google account, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to access the Google Ads accounts you connect
• You will only connect accounts that TrickleUp has been engaged to manage
• You understand that the tool retrieves data in read-only mode and does not modify any Google Ads settings, campaigns, or budgets
• You will disconnect your Google account upon leaving TrickleUp

5. Data Confidentiality

All data accessible through the IRS Portal, including client campaign data, performance metrics, and account information, is strictly confidential. You must not:

• Share client data with unauthorised parties
• Copy or export data for personal use
• Disclose any information obtained through the portal outside of your professional duties at TrickleUp

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password
• Log out of the portal when not in use
• Immediately notify your system administrator if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

TrickleUp reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other legitimate business reason.

7. Intellectual Property

The IRS Portal, including its design, code, and content, is the property of TrickleUp. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this tool without written consent from TrickleUp management.

8. Limitation of Liability

The IRS Portal is provided as an internal tool on an "as is" basis. TrickleUp makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the data retrieved from third-party APIs. TrickleUp shall not be liable for any decisions made based on data displayed in the portal.

9. Changes to These Terms

TrickleUp reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of the IRS Portal following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
